How to Begin

Go to the upper right corner of this Website.  (Outline of a person). Choose Create Your Account using your email address and a password created by yourself.

You will access the training each time by signing into your account (Sign In) in the upper right corner, using your email address and the password you created.

After creating your account (email and password) go to "HANDBOOK" in the navigation bar to download your handbook .   

On this page you will be able to download the pages for your workbook.  You may print each page as you need it or print the entire book all at once. (Over 190 pages).

There is also an option to purchase a coil bound copy of the Handbook on the Handbook page.

Please know Dr. Trudy's heart for marriage prompts her life work to offer this entire marriage bootcamp as a gift to couples needing help for their marriage.

The information in this training contains years of work in her Licensed Marriage and Family practice.  It took over 100 hours to develop this online training that she is offering for no charge to couples needing help.

The only return she asks is if you would like the hard copy of the workbook you may pay the suggested amount as a donation to her counseling ministry that provides scholarships for counseling to women in need.

The training handbook is available as a free download, but the hard copy requires a $55.00 donation to her non-profit called Healthy Daughters.Org.

Note:  You follow the course using the videos and prompts on the screen that will tell you WHICH PAGE to go to in the handbook.  These prompts may not necessarily follow sequentially in the handbook.
