Welcome to the A'nesis Marriage Training developed by Trudy M. Johnson, PhD., LMFT, CCTS-1 as a way for those who are unable to attend intensive therapy for marriage to improve their marriage. This marriage training follows the guidelines presented in the A'nesis Marriage Bootcamp she has offered to couples in distress over the 2 decades of her career.
Each video is easy and short. (2-4 minutes with the exception of a few).
After each video there are simple exercises you work through together that are available in your A'nesis marriage handbook. These lessons can be spread out over several weeks and months or used in your own retreat weekend all at once. This training is very flexible to purposely accommodate busy schedules.
